Amen and a Hallelujah

“You can kiss your family and friends goodbye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.”

  1. Feels like i dived into your adventure since day 1 via this blog. What you wrote was **hard for me to admit** perfect. Everything had its personal touch along with a concise summary of that day(s). Reading the last few entries made it feel like I was finishing up an awesome book, kind of sad that it's all over. I hope to follow in your footsteps someday as I have for so much of my life, I'll just need to travel somewhere more insane than this. The path to self discovery is a great one, and I couldn't be happier to see that you found yours.

Love you and see you when I get home,
    Brotha Miles

  2. td,
some people are given a gift that can only be open with the heart and one's truth...
it is usually wrapped in the most simple way, and its beauty seen only when love and humility guide us to the end of the journey.
you were given that gift, and it was beautiful from day one.
thank you for sharing it with me, i followed you to the end of the journey.
    welcome home.
